The default secondary probe binding sequences for RNA MERFISH and smRNA FISH lised in the RNA secondaries.xlsx was not in the same order as listed in the Liu et al, 2020 Nature Communications paper. This error is corrected in Version 1.6.

V1.7： 1）Fixed bug in reading excel spreadsheet for DNA FISH probe design - plain number in excel spreadsheet will be read as numbers and need to be converted to string. 2）Added alarm when record in input spreadsheet isn't found in genome/transcriptome.
